Promo Video for my third 7" single Time Will Tell filmed by Glenn Prangnell

The video was filmed over two weekends in September and October, weekend one saw me drive up to The Medway towns and pretend to be suave.

The following weeked I was joined by the lovely Samira and Katie and we tried to get a bit of a vibe going with the video, My influence for the video was Jean-Luc Godard films and I tried to get that 'Nouvelle Vague' feel to the video. Glenn did well to recreate what I wanted and together we got a really good result.

I thank the girls mainly for making the video look that extra bit cool and I thank Glenn for filming it.

Documentary about the label I'm currently on 'State Records' and the studio I record at. The documentary was filmed by Glenn Prangnell.

Above is a short video I made at home in my bedroom of me playing a cover version
of New England based 60s Garage band, The Rogues' track 'Next Guy'.

I used some opti-kenetic plastic to cover the camera lens, creating a weird psychedelic vibe.

The Rogues track can be found on New England Teen Scene volume 1 compilation.

This is the promo video for 'Sunflower'

this is my 4th single and I am joined with Jessica Winter from The Hall Of Mirrors.

The Video was filmed by Samuel James Higginbotham aka Higgy who shot and edited the video. Higgy did a great job in making the song come alive in visual form.

Higgy is a fantastic musician and artist himself and his works can be seen here....

Advertisement video for The Market Squares 45.

I edited it myself, using 1968 experimental film Offon as the backdrop, it seemed to work well against the music, not too mention the colours are the same as the 7" sleeve.

The red and blue shades are meant to represent the right and left brains, also the male and female hemispheres of the soul.

'It Doesn't Matter To Me' Promotional Video for my second LP 'Case Closed'.

Filmed and Edited by myself and my Uncle in and around Horsham West Sussex... locally known sites included in the video are 'The Iron Bridge', The Bandstand and The River Arun.

The idea for this promo, was to make it similar to my previous promo's yet slightly different, I wanted to film a promo in my home location too... I kind of like having a theme running through each of my promos.

There are many Inspirations for this film, including 60s French Films, various Bob Dylan promo's, The Motions and Golden Earrings (Dutch Bands) promos and 80s Indie group The Television Personalites who did a bunch of promos for songs on their 'Privilage' LP, which had a similar vibe to mine, the video in a way is a tip-of-the-hat to Dan Treacy.
